I understand the frustration. I have also seen plans that stopped working or failed to accomplish the main goals.
Having grown up around Latin-American uncertainties and changes, I traveled, adapted to new environments, and settled in U.S.A in 1979. I have observed that the major challenge is not coming up with ideas but executing them. And I have learned how smarter partnering strategies helped grow well-known world-class businesses and nonprofits.
With a worldwide background in Business, NeuroPsychology, Design and Construction, I became responsible for successfully leading global teams, departments, regional offices, and companies (More than 178 programs and projects ranging from $1M to +$900M each). My skills, methods and results have been featured by media and recognized by peers in USA and 3 continents.
